For Fedora the packages are already available in the updates-testing track. That
means that after one week, or so, they will available in the regular updates
repository.

That is true for Fedora 45 (rawhide) to Fedora 43. In Fedora 42, that will be
EOL in May, we will update LyX to 2.4.5.
