Yes, I think so. And I don't know much of what's going on
under-the-hood. I just notice that when I'm not connected to the
internet, the docbook tests fail.

Also, occassionally when running the tests with mutliple threads, a
docbook test fails. I can't be sure it's due to a connection issue, but
I suspect it.
