Colornames filtering on master

I am using American keyboard. To use characters outside of ASCII, I use combination of Alt + some ASCII (like [:'~^+=]) to get the accent for the following ASCII char. E.g. ALt-: u to get 'ü' The problem here: So generated chars (ü, ö, ...) are not accepted to filter the colorname.
