Please note otaru-uc… address is not used anymore. I think I can upload those manuals soon. Most of contents are updated but at least "2.4.x” in the titles needs to be fixed. BTW, to make dvipdfmx usable, it needs to run a command like "sudo kanji-config-updmap-sys ipaex” (Linux) where the last argument is a usable font, which can be "yu-win10” on Windows or “hiragino-elcapitan-pron” on macOS.
