The package zhmetrics (and zhmetrics-uptex) are already installed here. Also cyberb59.tfm
is contained. Nonetheless the error does not vanish.
$ kpsewhich  cyberb59.tfm
/usr9/local/texlive/2026/texmf-dist/fonts/tfm/zhmetrics/cyberb/cyberb59.tfm
