problems in customization doc

I am using the lyx 2.3.2 (comes with latest version of Debian) so
apologies if the problems I am reporting are already fixed in lyx
2.3.3.  The problems I am reporting are:

1) In the user guide document 3.1.2.4 local layout it states:
"See section Local Layout of the Customization manual for information
on how to use it."
However, I could not find this section is the customization document.
Note: I wanted to read this non-existent section.

2) In the customization document section B.2  Static colors it states:
"These are fixed colors that cannot me customized:"
"me" should of course be "be"
