Chapter Enumerate-Resume Needs to be Updated

In Chapter 3.3.72 it is written: "To resume an enumeration, use the style Enumerate-Resume. Its numbering appears in blue within LyX to indicate that it is a resumed list and that the numbering will not be correct in LyX, but in the output." Obviously this refers to an older implementation.
