Missing item+ shortcut in UserGuide

Hello, At the beginning of section 2.1, "Save all" is missing in the description of the menu list for "File". And the keyboard shortcut with "New from template..." is replaced by "undefined". The reason is that Ctrl-Shift-N which pointed to buffer-new-template with 2.3, now points to the new "dialog-show lyxfiles templates". Substituting the info inset externally solves this issue (I do not know how to edit an info inset inside LyX).
