Translation of lib/examples/Welcome.lyx

Hello,

Attatched to this e-mail there is a tarball containing three documents (Lyx repo cloned from git commit hash 784a7210) - A reviewed version of the Welcome.lyx document, formerly named Splash.lyx, with some proposals of changes (see the notes in the file for details).
 - Up-to-date version of the Catalan translation of the Welcome.lyx file.
 - Reviewed version of the Spanish translation of the Welcome.lyx file. Mostly minor changes.

All changes are visible from the Lyx editor, thanks to the change-tracking feature. Punctuation changes to the master (English) version are, to some extend, arguable, as there is no common criteria for the English countries; so just take it as a proposal.

I plan on reviewing, updating or translating the following bits of the documentation to both Catalan and Spanish:
 - Introduction
 - User's Guide

For the Catalan version, I am trying to have some people to peer-review it (or at least give it a look). For the Spanish version, if someone in this list speaks Spanish as well, I would greatly appreciate any feedback.
