Welcome.lyx and Intro.lyx translation updates

Good afternoon,

I have modified
 - es/Welcome.lyx: minor changes in the form of addressing the user in order to match the rest of the manuals in Spanish. The way of addressing the user is less formal in the documentation than it was in this file.
 - ca/Intro.lyx: created the Catalan translation of the Introduction manual, along with some clipart content (shipped with the attachment).

The tar archive (attachment) contains both documents plus the clipart contents for the Catalan version of Intro.lyx.
