Documentation translation updates

Two documents are modified - es/Shortcuts.lyx: fix a bad translation and change the way of addressing to the user in order to match the rest of the manuals. - Intro.lyx: a couple of minor changes I overlooked previously, they are signaled with a LyX note each. Sorry for bothering you again with this: this will be the last time I make any update to these documents. ------- Soon I will post the reviewed es/Intro.lyx. For the rest of the manuals, some changes require changes to the UI as well, so I won't post any updates of them until I have thoroughly tested the overall consistency of the changes in manuals and UI.
