Translation of po-files after color themes upgrade

Hello,

This mail is dedicated to po files translators.

The recent addition of DVIPS, SVG end X11 colors to the LyX palette creates 
around 500 new translations in po files.
I copied all the color msgid to msgstr, so the current French po file is 
complete. You may then paste the corresponding set of translations and copy it 
in your po file.
It is then up to you to translate the English color names in your language if 
you find this advisable.
