Thanks for the info. (I reply in English because this is an English list.)
The Tutorial was once written by Linux users. I only added things 
missing for Windows or if possible to describe it for all OSes.

Could you please make a proposal to add the info one would need on 
Linux? Please take the existing tutorial and enable change tracking so 
that we can see your changes easily and send it to this list. This would 
help many users.
(I only have Windows and cannot do this.)
