refinements for nl tutorial.lyx in 2.2.3

The tutorial.lyx for nl in 2.2.3 had several inconsistencies regarding
white-space and punctuation.
Document was changed to A4, true small caps, passages in English are
marked as such.

There are some lines remaining that are running into the margin.
