Thanks for the quick fixes, Uwe! Hopefully Koji can test rc1 to make
sure everything looks good.

I can compile the Japanese docs (with dvipdfx, not with ps2pdf) so if
you ever want me to test something, let me know. And since I think you
have access to Linux, if you want help setting things up so that
compilation works, I think we would be able to figure it out.
