Hello

I'm new to LyX and just reading the tutorial right now. I'm reading the
German documentation. At Paragraph 2.2.2 there is a hint how to select
the last "Umgebungstyp" with the Keyboard. "Alt+A S" This is not working
in my Version of LyX: 2.1.4. I'm running it on a Ubuntu 16.04 with KDE
5.12.4.
