LxY 2.5.0 RC1 - cannot open emergency file after LyX crash

Dear all I’m working on a Macbook Pro 2022 with M“ chip under Tahoe 26.0.1 (25A362). While testing LyX 2.5.0 RC1, I experienced an abnormal program termination of unknown reason. When starting LyX again, LyX presented a window asking : Recover emergency save? LyX did not react to any of the offered buttons. It remained stuck without any noticable reaction. To demonstrate the issue, I created a small LyX document and saved it. Then made a small text addition and killed the programm by the keyboard shortcut Option+Command+Esc. When attempting to open the document again, the described problem occurs. Please find attached a ZIP Archive Test LyX Absturz.zip including the LyX files.
