First, the top and bottom margins are too narrow, the page numbers are
shifted off the page. Use at least 1cm. Or set an adequate head- and
foot heiught, but this will look to dense.

Then, if you want the page number be in the heading, use package option
pagestyleset=standard (reading the manual helps!)

Finally, if you want to have the section names in the header, use
AddSec (as advised) and put to preamble
\automark[section]{section}
