I get this warning when installing (upgrading) LyX via Homebrew:
Warning: lyx has been deprecated because it does not pass the macOS
Gatekeeper check! It will be disabled on 2026-09-01.
Not that it bothers me, nor that I even understand this, but I thought I
report it. M4 MacBookAir 26.3.
