For those who are interested in CTAN latexcolors package names in LyX 2.5.0:

Attached is the file, "output.txt" to be ammended to LyX/Resources 
"latexcolors" file, that adds 758 latexcolors package names to the 
existing colors.

I do not know how to convert this into a module; maybe I can look at it 
later.

Note that it uses the Hex codes. I am not sure if RGB or CYMK codes can 
be inserted in there. I have the python code and Excel file of the names 
and the code, if anyone interested.

The MWE LyX file worked fine in my case. You can test it for different 
scenarios, and see if the name clashes cause any trouble.
