I figured it out.  The bind file reverted to cua.bind with the install of 2.5 and I had been using user.bind.  Thanks!

Subject: Shortcut bindings broken

After upgrading to 2.5, I notice that some of my shortcut bindings no longer work.  It displays "<time>: Command disabled" in the Progress/Debug Messages pane.  The shortcuts still show up under Preferences->Editing>Shortcuts; they just do not function as before.  How do I fix this?
