Lyx installation

Good evening. I just have had installed the last version which looks great. Congratulations.

However, as at any upgrade, I spent maybe one or two ours resetting my parameters, notably the options for the forward/reverse search that are a real nightmare.
My question is: Is there a way to transfer all the user parameters from one version to a newly installed one? I tried to copy most of the files of the user part (roaming under windows), but did not succeed.

In addition may I suggest something? In previous versions (not 2.4 however), it was possible to manage the software interface windows (for instance for cross-ref, graphs etc, document or software settings) without the mouse, just using predetermined shortcuts actioning buttons. This seems to be finished. Is there a way to retrieve such very pleasant possibilities?
