How to import this new template from the internet?

Hello everyone,
There's this template I want to add to the templates folder of lyx 2.5 on
windows 11, in the GitHub page there are only tex and cls file.

I tried importing the rex file via file->import>latex(plain), but it throws
an error and says it cannot convert file, and I don't know how to work with
cls files.
