Summary:  file refresh bug.

Original Submission:  Create a new doc without DTD.
Save it under the name toto.txt.
Open the file toto.txt (now, you have two views
on toto.txt in mlview) .
Close the last toto.txt opened.
Try to close the first (initial toto.txt) => BUG. MlView
cannot close it and it dumps critical assertion failed messages on the screen.
