First documentation for 0.7.0 branch

Hello xml hackers.

I made a first version of a documentation for mlview (It is very
experimental for the moment), of course I used mlview to write it. :)

To access this doc you have to use gnu arch (as explain yesterday);
I've setup an archive at http://home-gw.mille-
mathias.info/~baptiste/archive/ but, as my server is not online all the
time, you can find a mirror at sourcecontrol.net (it is mirrored every 3
hours)
Archive Name : [email protected]
Archive Location: http://mirrors.sourcecontrol.net/[email protected]/

The doc is in the directory help/mlview-manual/C/; you can read it with
the command 'yelp mlview-path/help/mlview-manual/C/mlview.xml'.

Please give me some feedback and feel free to send me patch.
