hi all,

I have made some modifications on the new coming website.

Basically, I have pulled last Scott's patches added a "development section", 
put there the instructions about how to get the sources from ARCH/CVS, 
put distros related info in the downloads section,
added informations about the various contributors archives,
fold only the currently selected subsection and fixed some broken links.

Thanks to Baptiste Mille-Mathias for his input.

Man, I like Scott "design master" White's website design.

These changes are commited in xml-style-web--mainline--0.1 and
you can have a look at what it looks like at http://www.freespiders.org/revamp/gmlview .

There still some information that need to be added:
	* name the active contributors in the contact.html page
	* put a developers doc section in the development section (we already documentation to put there) 
	* rename the documentation section into "user docs". Update the navbars.
