Updates

Hi list,

I've updated my archive to patch 19, which is, i hope, a good preview of
next release (if all my patches get accepted :p)
This version include several improvements on the UI side, like decorated
tab labels, new document node editor, etc. and fixes some side effects
caused by my integration of gnome-vfs.
It should be a bug free version...but, who knows ;)
