MlView 0.7.0 a.k.a "Ba-chomp! Ba-chewy-chomp!"

Hi all,

After nearly 5 months of development, here is a new version
of MlView the GNOME XML editor !=20

This is a major feature and bugfix release.

I would like to thank all the people who sent bug reports, code,
documentation, feedback, whatever.
