Hey Dodji and all you mlview hackers, Am Sonntag, den 22.05.2005, 12:47 +0200 schrieb Dodji Seketeli: > In the mean time, we have been pondering switching the code base to C++. > Yeah, I know that will hurt some people. I'm absolutely amazed - this is really an exciting turn in the mlview development, which in the beginning will give a lot of pioneer atmosphere but will bear loads of thrilling chances to the project. Having worked with both libxml2 and libxml++2.6 (and glib2.0 and glibmm2.4), I found the C++ development easier and more straight-forward due to the incredible efforts of all the people involved in those projects, probably most notably Murray Cumming. I'm still quite busy, but having said this, I guess it's more likely I'll get involved into mlview, maybe adding tiny tweaks to it. Rejoice everyone! Have a nice day, Daniel PS: When will you switch to baz instead of tla? :-)
