Hi Benjamin, Well, as you may know it already, MlView uses extensively libxml2 for the underlaying xml manipulations. So roughly said, I would answer that if libxml2 supports xml schema, MlView is likely to support it and I would definitely want it to support it. However, at the moment, libxml2's main developer (who is one the best XML gurus) is advocating RELAX-NG instead of w3c xml schema. Furthermore, the RNG support in libxml2 is fully functional at the moment, which is not the case for xml schema. This is why I would say that a support of RNG validation is likely to appear in MlView sooner than an xml schema support. To be honest with you, I am focusing right now on the GTK2ification of MlView so the support of other types of validation will eventually come after this much needed GTK2ification ... unless someone provides a patch for it :-) which would be really appreciated ;-) I hope I have anwsered your question correctly. All the best, Dodji.
