What problem does Apple have with version 3 of the GPL?

The GPL is _restrictive_?  How?  What does the GPL forbid that
Apple wants to do?

Anyway, most of nano is copyrighted by the FSF.  Good luck trying
to convince them to offer it under a different license.  :)  Some
parts of nano are copyrighted by me.  And there's no chance you'll
convince me of offering them under a different license.
