Aspell as default spellchecker.

Hello devs,

I would like to suggest that nano-editor should by default use aspell. As aspell is preinstalled in most of the gnu/linux distribution and most off the users have their personal dictionary in aspell pws file. Also aspell is fellow project under GNU umbrella.
