Feature request: Add "set modernbindings" in nanorc

Hello. Currently I was unable to find how to enable "--modernbindings" 
for a specific user or for all users, without shell aliases.

I think it would be great to be able to put something like "set 
modernbindings" in /etc/nanorc or ~/.nanorc . For people who would want 
this, it's much cleaner than shell configuration.
