ALT+LEFT/RIGHT!!!! WOOO HOOO!!! Thanks, Benno! Don't know how I failed to see that in the documentation. Silly me. I see that Ctrl+Home and Ctrl+End work in gnome/mate terminal, as well asin xterm, the linux virtual terminals, and even Win10's CMD.EXE. And thank youfor adding those. I love what you've done with nano. I particularly love the Ctrl+Shift+cursor keys. Well done! Thanks. Those are my favorites too. :) But I'm using Win7's CMD.EXE, and it does differ from Win10's. Ah... Well, when you're using older software, you can't expectall the latest things to work. :) I'm surprised it works at allon Windows. Also, perhaps Ctrl+Tab and Ctrl+Shift+Tab to cycle through the opendocuments? When you press M-V <Tab> M-V <Ctrl+Tab>, you will see that bothkeystrokes produce the exact same key code (a TAB character, ^I),so it is impossible for nano to distinguish the two. When you press M-V <Shift+Ctrl+Tab>, you will see it produces adistinct key code, but that is of little use when <Ctrl+Tab>cannot be recognized. On most emulators you can use also <Alt+Left/Right> to switchbetween buffers. Benno -- Marcus
