Hello,

I want to know if there is a way to set keyboard shortcuts so that I can
still use them even if I change my keyboard layout in X, for example, from
us to ru with command "setxkbmap ru". Currently, I can use shortcuts only
if the layout I am typing with is latin. My locale.conf is configured as
with LANG=en_US.UTF-8 and the terminal works properly with UTF-8.
