Error compiling nedit CVS with patch mp050226-V3

Hi,

I am using CentOS 5 and I successfully compiled the cvs version of nedit
(from 25 March 2009). I successfully add patch mp050226 (with patch -p1
patchfile) but when I compile it, I get the following :
patternMatch.c : warning : passing argument 4 of 'ExecRE' makes integer
from pointer without a cast
patternMatch.c : warning : passing argument 7 of 'ExecRE' makes integer
from pointer without a cast
patternMatch.c : error : too many arguments to function 'ExecRE'

Any idea ?

NEdit: Converting .nedit file to 5.6 version.
    To keep, use Preferences -> Save Defaults
