Packaging nedit as Mac app

Team, Has anyone packaged up nedit on Mac as a Mac "app" ? So it appears in Applications, or more mportantly appears as a choice in the "Open With .." menu. Or you could drag and drop a text file on a Nedt icon ? I guess you can esaily do this with a script around nedit and some AppleScript work.
