Most likely, you'll find a directory called .nedit there. If not, maybe other files starting with .nedit - which means you have an older version of NEdit. The leading dot hides these files. Use "cd; ls -a" to go to then list all files in your home directory. Alternatively, use "echo $NEDIT_HOME" to see if you have such a variable set up. (Your own home directory's path can be found in the variable $HOME - use echo again to see its value.) As for other NEdit settings (the X rersources that control things like your menu font and window frame color, and sometimes extend keyboard and mouse effects), those can be tricky to find.
