Try ftp://ftp.nluug.nl/pub/editors/NEdit/snapshot/

NB: since SF CVS has been inaccessible for some time now, the snapshot
is outdated. Since there haven't been any changes to the sources for a
longer time than SF CVS has been down, this is no a problem.
