Hi,

Let us add to the highlighting patterns for NEdit Macro
the simple helpful "Error" pattern \\\s+.*$
which  highlights incorrectly terminated lines.
Red background with a light bold font is a good choice for colorization.
The pattern  must be last in the patterns list.
