[poedit-users] 80-character line and source merging

Hi,

I am using Poedit when working on a TeX Live's project. I have two small problems which are described by Mojca Miklavec at

In short:

(1) Poedit splits the sources; for example, the string
   #: texmf/scripts/texlive/tlmgrgui.pl:605 texmf/scripts/texlive/tlmgrgui.pl:607
becomes
   #: texmf/scripts/texlive/tlmgrgui.pl:605
   #: texmf/scripts/texlive/tlmgrgui.pl:607

(2) Poedit merges multiple lines into a single line; for example,
   "this is the first line "
   "this is the second line"

will be joined as
   "this is the first line this is the second line"

I don't know the reason of these features, while they are a bit annoyed at my box: The features modify the format of the original .po file, hence I have some difficulties when viewing differences (e.g, by "git diff") or merging my translating onto other works in repository. Gtranslator, for example, doesn't behave as Poedit: it simply keeps the original format, so merging would be easier when working with scm tool (poedit + git merge, for example).

My question is: Is there any option to disable/enable the two features (1) and (2) in Poedit ?
