I had both packages - wxGTK and wxGTK-devel (SuSE packages, version
2.4.0-52), but there were no .m4 files in the packages at all.

After installing packages released by wxWindows, poEdit compiles just
fine!

PS. In README there is no instruction to run "./autogen" first.
