If you do not want to study, then you're at your own out there...

I suggest you take a look at PHP's gettext support and consider 
reimplementing your PHP applications i18n part.

If rewriting isn't an option, then there's possible to write conversion 
script(s) which convert(s) .po(t) file(s) to .php or vice-versa.
