[poedit-users] Zope error: 'potfile has no metadata'

Hello, I'm getting the following Zope error when testing the beginnings of our Chinese translation of MailManager. "raise ValueError, ', PTS needs a language and a message domain!' ValueError: potfile has no metadata, PTS needs a language and a message domain!" Here's the top of the .po file, which I believe is generated by the Catalog settings.
