Can you please try this? Run python.exe (from installed Bakefile's src 
directory) and type "import libxml2", it should output some error 
messages.

It shouldn't. It could be influenced by Python23 installation due to a 
flaw in Python's runtime behaviour design, although I tried to 
minimize that. I think I'll use custom build of python23.dll in 
future releases that will ignore all Python-related registry entries, 
that should make it safer...
