Actually no, it only happens with German *translation* of poedit, it 
has nothing to do with keyboard layout. The simplest way to get rid 
of this bug is to switch to English in preferences, slightly more 
complicated is to compile de.po from latest SVN (i.e. from 
poedit.org/translations.php) into .mo file and overwrite poedit.mo in 
locales/de directory with it.
