XLIFF and PO are the only 2 open standards that handle bilingual translation files. The rest is not really relevant for a PO editor. Unless poedit gets to understand RTF, I don't see how it could support the other bilingual file format (not-open): TTX, so that really leaves us with XLIFF and PO, OLT's .xlz being a compressed XLIFF 1.0 it falls into the XLIFF category.
