I remember once on this list there was a question/discussion about the possibility of having a TM database that can be easily editable. At the moment I have to rebuild my TM frequently because it gets bloated with old and obsolete translations, and i do not know any way to delete this translations. But having a database that is easily editable not only saves a lot of time but can be exported for new beginners making them productive immediately. That is why i mentioned UMTF. I am sure there could be a way around for technically adept people but I have not yet come across a system that makes it easy for translators to do this job.
