Just downloaded it and testing on Vista.

It runs fine, and I like to rework of the icons.

Only issues I found up to now are:
- on the Settings dialog on the "Paths" the list of paths does not 
expand to the width available
- when Updating the catalog I get can't convert from ASCII to UTF-8 - 
see attached log.txt (is there some new setting somewhere?)
- Yeap, found it in the settings "Source code charset", but changing 
this to e.g. iso-8859-1 (which is what I get back from 
wx.GetDefaultPyEncoding() and which is what I have in "# -*- coding: 
iso-8859-1 -*-#"), also tried UTF-8 but same result.

Will keep working on it.
