[poedit-users] Error: can't open file ...poeXX.tmp

Hi there,

By adding a new file extension to the parser description (php: add *.tpl 
=> Smarty-Templates/HTML) and then try to update the catalog from the 
sources I get the error

15:24:49: Kann Datei 'C:\DOKUME~1\awu\LOKALE~1\Temp\poe16.tmp' nicht 
öffnen (Fehler 2: das System kann die angegebene Datei nicht finden.)

i.E. can't open file ...poeXX.tmp

If I clear the tmp folder and then try again to update the catalog, in 
the tem folder then will be files poe4B.tmp...poe4F.tmp, and the missing 
one is poe4A.tmp.

What I realy want to do is to translate strings in HTML-temlate files, 
used within a PHP application. So I simply added the extension to the 
PHP parser description and added in catalog options a new keyword '##'
